Return & Refund Policy

Because all products we manufacture are custom-made to order, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom signage, wraps, graphics, digital displays, fabricated components, or specialty-ordered materials.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will address any issues that fall under manufacturing error or damage caused during production.

Order Accuracy & Approvals

All artwork, proofs, specifications, measurements, materials, and job details must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production.
Once approved, the order immediately begins fabrication and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Defects or Production Errors

If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product.
We may request photos, documentation, or a return of the defective component for inspection.

If a verified production error is found, we will repair or remake the affected portion of the order at no cost.
No monetary refunds will be issued.

Shipping Damage

If your item was damaged in shipping, it must be reported at time of delivery for freight shipments or with 48 hours of delivery for UPS, Fedex and USPS shipments so a claim can be filed with the carrier.
Photos of the packaging and product are required.

Installation, Environmental, and Customer-Caused Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage occurring during or after installation

  • Fading, warping, or deterioration caused by weather, environment, or misuse

  • Incorrect measurements, colors, or information provided by the customer

  • Third-party installation or handling

Digital Products & Deposits

Deposits, design fees, permit fees, surveys, and rush fees are non-refundable.
