5.1 Proof Approval

Customers must review and approve artwork proofs before production begins. By approving:

  • You confirm spelling, layout, and design accuracy

  • You accept responsibility for any errors after approval

Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.

6. No Returns on Custom Products

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final once production begins.
We do not offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to our error.

7. Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Permitting delays

  • Weather or installation conditions

  • Fabricator workload

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Some items may ship directly from our facility or manufacturing partners.

  • Lost or damaged packages

  • Delivery issues caused by carriers

If a shipment is damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can help resolve it.

9. Installation Services

For signage and vehicle wraps requiring installation:

  • Installation dates may be adjusted based on weather or site conditions

  • Permit requirements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged

  • Customer must provide safe and accessible installation conditions

If our team arrives and cannot perform work due to site issues, rescheduling fees may apply.

Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.
