CommercialSignage.com ships custom-made signage, wraps, graphics, and fabricated products throughout the United States. Because all products are built to order, shipping times and methods vary depending on the size, weight, and materials of your order.
Production & Lead Times
All items are custom manufactured. Typical production times are provided during quoting, but they may vary based on:

Production begins only after final approval of artwork, measurements, and order details.
Shipping Methods
We ship using:

Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

Freight/LTL carriers for larger signs, crates, and displays

Local delivery or in-person pickup when available
Shipping method is selected based on the safest and most cost-effective option for your product type.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Carrier rates at time of shipment
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for UPS, FEDEX and USPS. All Freight Shipments must be reported and documented at time of delivery.Â

A description of the issue
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Once the claim is approved, we will repair or remake the affected portion of the order when applicable.
No monetary refunds are provided for shipping damage.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Inspecting shipments upon arrival

Noting damage with the driver (for freight deliveries)

Ensuring the delivery address is accessible to large trucks if freight is required

Providing accurate measurements and specifications
Re-delivery, storage, lift-gate services, and residential freight surcharges may apply.
