5.1 Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production begins.

By approving a proof, you confirm that all spelling, layout, dimensions, colors, and design details are accurate. Any requested changes after approval may result in additional charges.

6. Returns on Custom Products

Because our products are custom-made, all sales become final once production begins.

Returns or refunds are only considered if a product arrives damaged or contains a verified manufacturing defect caused by our error.

7. Production & Turnaround Times

Estimated production times may vary due to:

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Carrier shipping delays.
  • Lost or damaged packages while in transit.

If your shipment is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the carrier claim process.

  • The installation site must be safe and accessible.
